Spring

It is Spring time and we are loving it!  I know that a lot of places are still seeing snow but we have been lucky and have had 70 degree weather.  The kids have gotten to play outside and we have started Spring Soccer.  The first weekend all the games were rained out but we finally this past weekend got to play.  Brex started the games this week and boy was he ready to go.  He scored 3 goals within the first few minutes of the game. The rest of the game he had a couple of more shots but they went wide.  Funny note with Brex, he's on this kick where if he sneezes he tells you that he has a "bless you".  That is if we don't say it first.  Right before the game he comes running up to me and goes "mom I had a bless you."  It was so funny, he thinks that we should know when he needs a "bless you." 

Next was Elle and Trey's games at the same time so we split up.  I went to Elle's and Cale went to Trey's.  Elle's team played good. The were having a hard time getting anything going so it was a little bit rough.  Our sweetheart played like a champ though and had a couple of break away's but the other team had really good defenders. Hopefully this next week will be better for her.

Trey's team from what I hear played awesome!  Our big boy scored a goal this game and was a team captain.  Cale said he really stepped up and had an amazing game. I'm totally bummed that I missed it. So here's hoping this weeks game I see a repeat. :)
