We had spring break last week and it was a blast. The kids got to spend some time at grandma and papas house while mommy and daddy went and stayed in Vegas for Cale's birthday. The kids got to play outside to their hearts content. They love to go down and spend time with G&G. Thank you to them for watching them for us.
Cale and I were able to spend sometime with just the 2 of us and it was so nice. We walked all over the place and ate yummy yummy food and honestly just relaxed. We came home on Friday night and the kids got to have a sleepover with their cousin Codi. My brother was down for the Spectrum 10k race. Codi was able to go watch Trey and Elle play soccer and I know Elle loved having her here even if the trip was short. We ended our Spring Break by seeing Mr. Peabody & Sherman at the movies. It's a cute movie and the kids had fun.
It's been hard to get back into the swing of things and believe me we have been on the go. I've started running with Trey and Dan and today I am sore. We are finishing Trey's derby car as the race is this Saturday. Brex had his Bicycle Rodeo at school today and he had a blast. We have multiple practices and a make up game in the middle of the week. We are in a bit of a pickle and trying to figure out how our Saturday is going to work. We have the derby race at 9am and Elle's soccer game is at 9am with Brex's right behind at 10am(completely different areas of town too.) and Trey's at 11am. It will work out but like I said busy busy busy.
