What a month it has turned out to be. Make sure to check out the other 3 posts after this one to read about the rest of our happenings. In April my baby turned 4, we started Baseball & Softball, had a few playdates, continued with soccer and so far have had one track meet. Easter is coming but that's for a different post. We are running around and when we do get a night off we don't know what to do with ourselves. Trey had a track meet yesterday where he ran the 50 and 200 meter races and a 200 meter relay. He won both of his races and did amazing! The kid can run so fast it's crazy. His Relay would have won except one kid got tripped up so they took 3rd instead. He was a little bit disappointed with that but he got over it :) We finally had a couple of playdates with the kids' friends. The first one was with Karter, Kaleb and Haylie. We play soccer with these kids and the they all go to the same school. We went swimming an my work than we split up with Trey going with the boys and their family and Haylie coming home with us. The next playdate was with Trey's friend Blaine from school. We met him at the Shac and went swimming with uncle dan. I have to say after doing these playdates and seeing Trey interact at the track meet, I have decided that my kids are very sweet and treat everyone really really well. Now don't get me wrong this is something that we all hope our kids are doing but when you get to see them in action and get proof that they are, it definitely makes you smile.
I'm sure I'm missing out on so many activities that we've been doing but this is going to have to be enough for now.
