It was another great Christmas for us. We were able to surprise our kids with their presents this year. They didn't really ask Santa for anything too big so Cale and I took advantage of that and got Elle an iPad mini and the boys 3d Ds XLs. They were floored when they opened those presents. It was awesome to surprise them and very humbling that they didn't ask for the moon this year. We had an awesome day with Cale's family. We chatted, ate and enjoyed each other's company. We also got to chat with Brandon through Google hangout. It was awesome to get to chat with him, he's only got about 6 months left til he comes home.
The next day we went up north to be with my family. Becca watched our kids that night so Cale and I could celebrate our anniversary. That was awesome and a huge thanks to her for watching our kids. We had a big Gibson party on Saturday. We played all the old games like pin the tail on the donkey, duck duck goose, extreme twister and so much more!! After all that we headed to Grandpa Jones house for our ham dinner. We played card games ate good food and had a blast. Thank you family for hosting us!
The kids had so much fun playing with the dogs and in the snow.
