our baby boy is a week old. my how fast time flies. i love having a baby around again. it seems like i can't get enough of smelling his sweet smell, touching his soft skin, rubbing his cheek and getting a half smile and holding him for hours on end. brex is such a good baby. he only gets mad when we take too long on changing his bum or getting his food. even than he is still not super mad. it seems that if the house is too quite he doesn't like it and sleeps like a rock when there is a ton of action.(we've gotten a little rowdy when playing the wii with the kids). he doesn't mind belly time and of course loves to be held. he sleeps well in his crib and makes us all super happy!



i love seeing trey and elle interact with him. elle is my little helper. she gets so worried when he starts to cry and loves to give him kisses. trey keeps asking how much longer til he is big like him so they can play together. i thought that having 3 kids would be so hard at first, you know with a new baby, wanting to give enough attention to your other kids and trying to juggle everything else in life. i was a little worried about how trey and elle would feel with a new addition. i shouldn't have worried so much. don't get me wrong i know that it's going to get harder and that things aren't always going to go smooth, but for right now everything is going good. in fact while brex is sound asleep i'm going to go play cars with the kids and make a little lunch!
