Elle turns 9! What??????

My girl is 9! I can't believe it! Where has the time gone and when did she get so old?  I love this girl more than words can say and I love that we get to share the same birthday month and celebrate together! Here are 9 fun facts about our girl!

1-Her favorite color is Blue

2-She is a total sweetheart who gets along with everyone!

3-She loves beenie boos right now

4-Art is her favorite activity

5-She loves to watch youtube videos about everything(make up, hair, cooking, baking, drawing etc)

6-She is a master at doing her own hair :)

7-She loves to play and keep an eye out on everyone! 

8-She's excited for school to start!

9-She has a heart of gold and it's as big as the universe! 

I don't know what we would do with out our Elle Belle!  She keeps us on our toes and makes life so much sweeter!  We love you Elle! Happy Birthday!

 She got to do one of her favorite things for her birthday! Shopping!  She also got an ice cream cake and lots of beenie boos!

 For her birthday and to get ready for school we went and got the full hair treatment.  She got it deep conditioned to get the chlorine out and than we trimmed it a bit.  She's such a cutie pie!

Summer part 2

We did enjoy a lot of baseball but we did do other things too!  The kids were in swimming lessons all summer and that led to lots of days spent at the pool.  My brothers got married, we had family visit, went to Tuachan, and had loads of cars problems, sickness and who can forget Birthday week!  Here are more pictures of our summer.

For the 4th we went down to gram and papa's house and lit up the sky with our fun fireworks!

The week after the 4th and the week of Allstars my family came down.  We went and saw When you Wish at Tuachan and hit up some ball games and had a blast!

For the 24th of July we did the annual go to my work and climb to the top of the roof and watch the amazing firework show!  We love it and it's been such a fun tradition that the kids look forward too every year!

We also got some bowling time in at the new fiesta fun center.  We also managed a few date nights with our youngest!

We managed to get to Dan and Michelles wedding on Aug. 8th.  It was a beautiful day filled with laughter and great company! It also kick started our festivities for Birthday week.

 We had a blast playing with the cousins and I had a great lunch with my sisters, mom, aunt and gramps. It's not very often we all get to be together especially now that Polly is in North Carolina.

Summer part 1

Today is the first day of school for the kiddos.  Where has summer gone??? Here is a picture filled post of some of our summer activities.

First off Trey had an awesome birthday!  He played a semi championship little league game.  I've never seen him play so amazing before. This kid was spot on on everything and even though they lost he did soooo good! After he had a big sleepover with his big group of buddies.

 So I'm not gonna lie but we did a lot of baseball this summer and I mean A LOT!! We had tournaments every weekend in June, 2 in July and 2 in Aug.  Trey got to play with the Sidewinders that is in the age group below him and they ended up winning 2 championships!!! In the first tournament he got 2 infield home runs!! It was such a great experience for him and us as we all walked away with new friendships and great memories.

 Elle and Brex have been amazing all summer and have loved exploring the new places we gone and making tons of new friends. They truly are Treys #1 fans!!

He actually got to play catcher in a game.  It was nerve racking but he loved it!

 I love that Cale gets to coach Trey and I know they have a special relationship due to this time that they are spending together.

 Trey made Allstars for little league and in July he played a week straight. His team made it to the championship and lost in the last game to a team that beat us once and we beat them once.  It was a tough loss but what a great experience for him and his buddies to have.

After all of the games we had a pool party at the City Pool and boy did that bring back memories!

He's 10!!!

My first born is 10 and I can't believe it.  There are really not enough words to express how much we LOVE and adore this kid! He brings such joy and laughter to our lives!  He makes me want to be a better person and mommy.   Here are 10 facts about my boy to help him celebrate his day!

1-His favorite color is still RED

2-His favorite baseball team is the Angels

3-He loves to tease and laugh

4-He is an amazing older brother to his sister and brother. He gives in to them always and loves it!

5-He runs fast. Really fast. We call him wheels.

6-He loves baseball and plays club ball for the Outlaws

7-He is soooo smart in Math and Science(something I never was so he must get those smarts from his daddy.)

8-He's very very tall!

9-He is the best helper 

10-He loves unconditionally and is quick to forgive

Trey you are an amazing young kid and we love you so much!  Life has been so much sweeter since you've joined our little family!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BUDDY!!!!

Preschool Graduation

The day has come…..my baby has graduated from preschool!  He did such a great job at his program and I know he is soooo very excited to go to Kindergarten.  I'm a little sad that it's over but it's so fun to see him learn and grow.  We have loved our preschool and all of the fun that my kids have had.  It is an amazing preschool and has honestly made my kids happy! So long preschool Hello kindergarten.  Hope kindergarten is ready for our Brex!

DISNEYLAND & ANGELS BASEBALL

Earlier this month we took the kids to 2 Angels baseball games and to Disneyland and California Adventure.  We had a BLAST to say the least!  We went down on Monday and hit up our 1st Angels game.  We went early so we could hit batting practice.  Cale actually caught one of the balls.  Than a pitcher for the Angels threw Trey a ball and both Brex and Elle got a ball too.  We ended up with 4 balls from that game, it was awesome!  We sat behind Center Field so that we could watch Mike Trout(Trey's favorite player)  It was so cool cause he would bring a ball over every inning and give it to a fan. We now know that we need to sit just a few more rows up to get one. :) What a game it was we got to be on the jumbo screen, TV(we were sitting right where a key home run was hit) got batting practice balls and saw an amazing game.  It was perfect for a 1st major league game for everyone.

Next came Disneyland and California Adventures.  We rode California screaming very first and Brex was about 2 inches too small but they didn't stop him from riding the ride and it was one of his favorites.  We were on a mission that first day and rode so many rides.  Some of our favorites were grizzly rapids, Radiator springs cars ride, tractors, toy story, splash mt. thunder mt. pirates, and well all of them. We did take Brex on the Tower of Terror and that is the only ride that we all agree wasn't our favorite at all.  Poor Brex said it's the only one that scared him.  It was a so exciting to see Trey's face when he got to go on Cars.  This kids favorite has been Cars since it first came out and so it was a favorite moment for us to watch their faces light up and experience it with them. 

We spent 2 days having the time of our lives in the Magical World of Disney.  After that we hit our 2nd game and came away with 6 more baseballs.   On our last day we drove out to the Ocean and went to the beach.  It was the first time that Cale had ever been to the beach and seen the ocean.  The kids loved it and had so much fun! 

 It was such an awesome trip and I'm so glad that Cale and I were spontaneous to just book the tickets and go. We have made memories with our kids that will last a lifetime.  

Baseball, Softball & Soccer

We have come to the end of the Soccer and Baseball and Softball season.  We are in tournament play for Trey's little league team but the rest are done.

The kids did amazing this year.  Brex is quite the little ball player and we have loved watching him play.  Elle has continued to pitch and has improved so much! I see another pitcher in our mists ;)

Trey has done awesome too. The kid never ceases to amaze me.

 Trey had another tournament this past weekend and honestly these boys are awesome. They won 2 and lost 2 but we are still learning and we couldn't be prouder of them all.

The last games of soccer were awesome!  Elle's game ended in a tie and Trey's team won. Brex's team did amazing not sure who won on that one. I love that they love to play!
